The cost of developing the new facility and grounds is estimated to be $8.9 million. Much of the required monies have been committed. But there is a shortfall. To complete important aspects of The Torbay Common project, we are launching the “Get it On the Go Capital Campaign” to raise $1.5 million from private individuals, foundations, and businesses. That's our goal! Every dollar you donate will be matched by the town of Torbay!
